CYApps ("we", "our", "us") operates the GenAI - Image Generator mobile application (the "Service").

How Data is Collected

Images are collected only when the user manually selects a photo from their device's photo library within the app. No images are accessed or collected automatically or in the background.

Who We Share Data With

We use Stability AI to process image-to-image transformation requests. Stability AI acts solely as a data processor and handles submitted content only to generate the outputs requested by the user. Purpose of Data Sharing

Data is shared strictly for AI image generation and transformation. We do not use this data for advertising or any other purpose.

User Consent

Before any image or personal data is transmitted to Stability AI, the app displays a consent screen that clearly identifies:

• What data will be sent (the user-selected photo)
• Who it will be sent to (Stability AI)
• The purpose of transmission (image-to-image transformation)

The user must explicitly tap "Accept" to proceed. If the user declines, no data is transmitted to any third party.

Data Retention

Images transmitted to Stability AI are used solely to complete the requested processing and are not stored by CYApps beyond the duration of the request. Please refer to Stability AI's privacy policy for their retention practices.

Third-Party Services

We may also use the following services for app optimization and advertising:

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics — Used for app performance monitoring and crash reporting. Collects anonymous usage and diagnostic data.

User Rights & Security

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, delete, or correct your data. We protect your information using HTTPS/TLS encryption and secure cloud infrastructure.
